Beaver Dam Farms encompasses more than 900 acres of historic Athens Georgia hill country. Guest cottages are scattered among lush gardens, ponds, and trickling water falls. The stunning beauty of this location offers breathtaking views from every guest accommodation.
Luxuriously appointed and finished with beautiful tile and carpet flooring, each room features its own character and unique theme. All rooms are equiped with high speed Internet access, telephones, well-stocked mini bars, plush linens and towels, soft robes, televisions, DVD players, and many other amenities.
One bedroom, two bedroom, four bedroom, and six bedroom suites are available in addition to the spacious estate mansion creating a maximum resort occupancy of approximately 40+ lodging guests (based on double occupancy).
Other amenities include a spacious club house with a full commercial kitchen and a lake house with integrated patio ideal for hosting a variety of social gatherings.
